Astor Hotel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel floors and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of rooms and public areas

• Conduct room inspections and uphold hotel standards

• Handle guest requests and complaints in coordination with other departments

• Train and support housekeeping staff

• Manage linen, inventory, and lost & found procedures

• Report room damages and maintain hygiene and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Good command of English and basic computer skills
