As a Head Bartender at Matsuhisa Paros you will be entrusted with delivering an unforgettable experience that reflects the highest standards of Nobu-style hospitality. You will be responsible for crafting a wide variety of beverages, from signature cocktails and classic drinks to expertly brewed coKees and teas. Your ability to engage with guests and personalize their experience will be key to delivering a unique and exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

1) Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service

1) Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, coffee, tea ensuring high quality and consistency in all drinks

2) Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner, offering recommendations based on their preferences

3) Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and accuracy

Requirements:

1) Previous experience in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants

2) Knowledge of mixology, coffee preparation and beverage service techniques

3) Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality

4) Works efficiently under pressure, both independently and as a part of a team

5) Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
