Position: Bartender (ΟNUKI ATHENS)

Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests — present menus, take orders, make recommendations, and serve snacks and drinks with warmth and professionalism.
• Ensure the bar is properly set up and closed down accurately and on time; keep it clean, well-stocked, and organized, with all garnishes and mise en place prepared.
• Provide genuine, attentive, and friendly service that reflects theONUKI 
• Maintain a solid knowledge of the full bar menu, including beers, wines, sakes, and cocktails.
• Take initiative to make decisions that enhance the guest experience and calmly resolve any issues that may arise.
• Be an ambassador forONUKI, embodying our values, teamwork, and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
