Job Description
- Perform night audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts, payments, and billing records
- Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries during night hours
- Prepare daily financial and operational reports for management
- Monitor hotel security and report any irregularities
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure overnight operational continuity
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures
- Act as the main point of contact for guests during night shifts
- Demonstrate reliability, discretion, and attention to detail
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Night Audit position in a hotel environment preferred
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities during night shifts
- Experience with hotel PMS systems (such as Opera or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
