Scope of the Role
Support the Accounting Operations for a Group of 5 properties to ensure accurate, timely and consistent bookkeeping in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as local statutory and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Post bank and accounting transactions and perform monthly reconciliations

Maintain the general ledger under the guidance of senior finance management

Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing

Assist with tax audits and provide documentation to external auditors

Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues

Ensure compliance with internal policies and local statutory and tax requirements

Prepare financial reports and provide data and analysis to management

Contribute to the improvement of accounting systems, processes, and procedures

Maintain a hands-on role in daily accounting activities, including GL postings
Qualifications

University degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field
-
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hospitality

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and local statutory and tax regulations

Highly proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-
Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
