Aura Suites Paros is a high-end boutique property where personalization and detail define the guest experience. We are looking for a passionate culinary professional who understands that breakfast and small gastronomic touches are an essential part of luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare à la carte breakfast and a curated all-day menu
- Create homemade sweets and thoughtful guest surprises
- Oversee inventory management and supplier orders
- Monitor food cost and operate within agreed budget guidelines
- Ensure proper storage, hygiene standards, and quality control
- Collaborate with management on menu refinement and seasonal adjustments
- Preparation of staff meals
Ideal Candidate
• Culinary or pastry studies and/or proven professional experience
• Knowledge of food costing and stock control
• Strong organizational skills and sense of ownership
• Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
• Warm personality with a hospitality mindset
• Team player, flexible and proactive
• Driving license is considered an asset
