Key Responsibilities
Reservation Management: Arrange telephone and online restaurant reservations, following all departmental operational guidelines.
System Expertise: Maintain excellent knowledge of CRR software and the Dinner Reservations section of the Mobile Application.
Guest Service: Handle guest requests with flexibility and provide personalized, high-quality customer care.
Reporting: Generate daily reports highlighting guests whose expectations were not met, ensuring follow-up where required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in restaurant reservations, guest services, or front office operations in hospitality.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with reservation software and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
