As a hostess in Matsuhisa Athens you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for our guests. As the face of the restaurant, you will set the tone for the dining experience. The ideal candidate will welcome the guest in a warm but professional manner while eIiciently managing the seating process.

Responsibilities:

1) Greet all guests with warm and professional manner ensuring a memorable first impression

2) Manage reservations, waiting lists and seating plans using the designated booking system

3) Liaise with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction

4) Respond to emails and guest inquiries with discretion and accuracy

Requirements:

1) Previous experience as a Hostess in a customer service role within a luxury restaurant or hotel

2) Exceptional communication skills and professional appearance at all times

3) Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset)

4) Strong organizational skill and ability to multitask and work under pressure

5) Familiarity with restaurant reservations system is an advantage
