About the role
As a Front Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — leading the teams that shape first impressions and lasting memories across our hotel.
You’ll oversee the full Front Office operation, ensuring that every arrival, interaction, and departure reflects the standards of a luxury hospitality environment. Your role blends operational excellence with people leadership, creating a front office culture where service feels effortless, personal, and genuine.
Working closely with Hotel Operations and all key departments, you’ll ensure smooth daily performance while continuously elevating guest satisfaction and team engagement.

What you’ll do
- Oversee all Front Office operations, including Reception, Concierge, and Guest Services
- Lead, train, and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional and personalized service
- Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience, room assignments, and reservation coordination
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, engaging with guests and proactively addressing their needs
- Monitor guest feedback, handle concerns professionally, and implement service improvements
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, and other departments to ensure a unified guest journey
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership role within luxury hospitality
- Demonstrates strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Is proficient in PMS systems (preferably Protel)
- Possesses excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Is fluent in English
- Has a genuine passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction
