As a Hotel Groom, you will play an essential role in shaping our guests’ first impressions and daily experience. From maintaining spotless public areas to assisting with luggage and guest requests, you will ensure that every corner of the hotel reflects our commitment to excellence.

What you’ll do

• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest corridors, hallways, and public areas
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and polish surfaces
• Collect and remove trash and debris, following recycling and disposal procedures
• Assist with luggage handling and guest arrivals/departures
• Support room setup, turndown service, and delivery of requested items
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and materials

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina for active, hands-on work
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures is an advantage
