As a Waiter/Waitress at Matsuhisa Paros, you will be entrusted with delivering an

hospitality. With a focus on elegant, eKicient and knowledgeable service, you will play a key

role in creating a seamless and memorable dining experience for each guest. Your

attentiveness, refined professionalism and ability to anticipate and exceed guests

Responsibilities

1) Welcome guests warmly and ensure they have a comfortable dining experience

2) Guide guests through the menu, offering detailed descriptions and thoughtful

recommendations

3) Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and accuracy

4) Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and fellow service staff to deliver a

seamless dining experience

5) Uphold company policies and procedures, especially regarding health and safety

standards

Requirements

1) Previous experience in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants

2) Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality

3) Works efficiently under pressure, both independently and as a part of a team

4) Pays close attention to detail, with a proactive and guest-oriented mindset

5) Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
