ONOMA Hotel, a modern lifestyle city hotel in Thessaloniki, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, operational expertise and a hands-on approach to managing a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the daily operation of the hotel.

Supervision and coordination of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).

Cash handling oversight, revenue control and financial procedures management.

Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards.

Leading, developing and evaluating hotel teams.
-
Handling operational issues and guest complaints.

Liaising with accounting, suppliers and external partners.

Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance targets.

Ensuring a high-quality guest experience at all times.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a city hotel.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations and daily workflows.

Solid understanding of cash handling, financial controls and cost management.

Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with PMS PROTEL, POS systems and reporting tools.

Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
