ONOMA Hotel, a modern lifestyle city hotel in Thessaloniki, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, operational expertise and a hands-on approach to managing a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the daily operation of the hotel.

• Supervision and coordination of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).

• Cash handling oversight, revenue control and financial procedures management.

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards.

• Leading, developing and evaluating hotel teams.

• Handling operational issues and guest complaints.

• Liaising with accounting, suppliers and external partners.

• Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance targets.

• Ensuring a high-quality guest experience at all times.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a city hotel.

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and daily workflows.

• Solid understanding of cash handling, financial controls and cost management.

• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with PMS PROTEL, POS systems and reporting tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
