Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in/check-out guests with a high level of professionalism.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, room assignments and billing.
• Provide information about the hotel services, facilities and local area.
• Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts or in a dedicated night shift position, depending on operational needs.
