Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Sales team at Monasty Thessaloniki Autograph Collection Hotel. The Sales Executive is responsible for proactively generating revenue through the acquisition and management of corporate, leisure, and group business. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing hotel revenue in alignment with the hotel’s sales strategy and brand standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Developing and executing targeted sales plans aligned with the hotel’s revenue objectives and Marriott brand guidelines.
- Identifying, soliciting, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies and key partners locally and internationally.
- Conducting property site inspections, client presentations, and sales calls to promote the hotel’s unique position within the Autograph Collection portfolio.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand-compliant promotional campaigns and collateral.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify growth opportunities.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis in line with Marriott reporting standards.
- Maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction, ensuring seamless communication between clients and operational departments.
- Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within an international luxury or lifestyle hotel brand.
- Strong understanding of corporate and group market segments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM / sales systems (experience with Marriott systems is an advantage).
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a structured brand environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
