is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in Monasty, Thessaloniki Autograph Collection

Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of hot and cold kitchen dishes according to the restaurant’s standards
• Participation in menu planning and mise en place preparation
• Monitoring raw materials, inventory, and stock levels with reporting of shortages
• Adhering to HACCP hygiene and safety standards
• Coordinating and organizing the team in daily operations
• Close collaboration with the Sous Chef / Head Chef to ensure smooth operation
• Maintaining consistent performance during both high and low service periods

Requirements

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or A’ Cook in a hotel or organized kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of hot and cold cuisine
• Ability to organize production and manage time efficiently
• Experience in stock control, receiving deliveries, and proper storage of materials
• Team spirit, leadership skills, and responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
• Flexibility in working hours and professional attitude
