About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene are consistently maintained.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage your assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality and consistency.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Culinary qualification or relevant certification preferred.
• Creativity combined with operational discipline.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
