About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Beach Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beach facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and lead the beach team efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all beach operations (sunbeds, umbrellas, water sports, service areas)
• Manage, train, and schedule beach staff
• Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health & safety regulations
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Manage inventory and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality, beach club, or resort environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
