Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they have a comfortable dining experience
• Guide guests through the menu, offering detailed descriptions and thoughtful recommendations
• Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and accuracy
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and fellow service staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
• Uphold company policies and procedures, especially regarding health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Works efficiently under pressure, both independently and as a part of a team
• Pays close attention to detail, with a proactive and guest-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
