DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle escalated guest concerns professionally

  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation

  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost controls

  • Maximize room revenue in collaboration with the Revenue and Sales teams

  • Lead, train, and motivate department heads and team members

  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.
  • 2-3 years minimum experience 
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
  • Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer – oriented.
  • Excellent MS Office and PMS skills.
  • Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
