As the ambassador of our dining experience, you will ensure guests feel valued, comfortable, and well cared for from arrival to seating, contributing to an atmosphere of sophistication and attentive service.
Primary Duties
- Greet all guests with warm and professional manner ensuring a memorable first impression
- Manage reservations, waiting lists and seating plans using the designated booking system
- Communicate with floor staff to ensure steady and coordinated guest flow
- Maintain a refined, clean, and welcoming reception and lounge area
- Respond to emails and guest inquiries with discretion and accuracy
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Hostess in a customer service role within a luxury restaurant or hotel
- Strong organizational skill and ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial
- Polished personal presentation and strong communication abilities
