Employee Relations & Wellbeing

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for employee queries, complaints, and disciplinary matters across the group
  • Support conflict resolution with professionalism, discretion, and fairness
  • Promote wellbeing initiatives, absence management, and occupational health referrals where required

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure timely submission of HR data to payroll and external providers
  • Support payroll coordination, reconciliation, and correction processes for multiple entities

Performance & Development

  • Support the group performance management cycle including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning
  • Conduct training needs analysis and assist in implementing learning and development plans
  • Design and deliver training sessions, onboarding updates, and manager coaching
  • Design and implement staff development initiatives such as upskilling, career progression, and succession planning at group level

Rewards & Retention

  • Support benchmarking and review of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across entities
  • Implement initiatives that enhance motivation, engagement, and staff retention

Internal Communication & Culture

  • Drive clear and effective two-way communication between Head Office, General Managers, and operational teams
  • Support cross-entity engagement activities and staff events
  • Promote company values, diversity, and inclusive workplace practices across all locations

Operational Support & Travel

  • Travel across company group locations for site visits, recruitment drives, inductions, and HR projects
  • Visit the hotel approximately 5 times per season (or as required) to monitor HR operations and ensure smooth workforce management
  • Provide ad hoc on-site HR support during peak operational periods

Reporting & HR Projects

  • Produce HR metrics, analytics, and regular reports for Management and Head Office
  • Lead or contribute to group HR initiatives such as policy harmonization, process improvements, and HR system implementations

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality or fast-paced service environments
  • Proven hands-on experience in hospitality HR (hotels, resorts, or seasonal operations strongly preferred)
  • Solid working knowledge of Greek labor law and multi-entity HR compliance requirements
  • Strong operational HR skills: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration across different business units
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Greek and English
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently; high discretion and confidentiality
  • Comfortable with regular travel across group locations and occasional peak period onsite presence
  • Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; payroll coordination and multi-entity HR system experience preferred
