About the Role
The Beach Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing attentive, high-quality food and beverage service to guests in the beach and sunbed areas, ensuring a relaxed yet luxury guest experience throughout their visit.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages directly to guests at sunbeds and beach seating areas
- Present menus, take accurate orders, and deliver items promptly and professionally
- Ensure excellent guest interaction and personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned beach sections
- Communicate effectively with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or special needs promptly and politely
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
- Assist with setup, replenishment, and closing of beach service areas
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress (beach club or luxury hospitality preferred)
- Strong customer-service orientation and friendly personality
- Ability to work outdoors and remain professional in high-temperature conditions
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Professional appearance and team-player attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
