About the Role

Public Area Attendants ensure that all public spaces — lobbies, hallways, lounges, restrooms, spa pathways, and outdoor areas — maintain an inviting appearance at all times. You represent the brand through cleanliness, courtesy, and a discreet but warm presence in guest areas, embodying the high standards of Kenshō Hotels & Villas.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all indoor and outdoor public spaces.
• Ensure impeccable presentation of lobbies, corridors, and lounges.
• Service guest restrooms following strict hygiene protocols.
• Refill supplies and maintain equipment in excellent condition.
• Report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Assist guests with directions and minor requests courteously.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

• Attention to detail

• Time management skills

• Ability to work independently

• Basic communication skills
