About the Role

As a Receptionist in a luxury 5-star environment, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the standard of world-class hospitality. You will deliver a highly personalized welcome experience, manage check-in/check-out processes with precision, and serve as an information hub for all guest needs.

You are expected to maintain deep knowledge of the resort, recognize repeat guests by name, handle high guest volume gracefully, and ensure all service expectations match the standards. With a proactive service mindset, you will anticipate needs, resolve issues politely, and contribute significantly to guests feeling valued, understood, and cared for. Note: This role is based in Paros Greece

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring seamless and memorable arrivals and departures.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes following luxury service protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records, payments, and guest preferences in the PMS.
  • Address guest questions, requests, and concerns with efficiency and empathy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure readiness and personalized experiences.
  • Recognize returning guests and tailor interactions accordingly.
  • Support service recovery efforts and follow up on guest feedback.
  • Uphold grooming standards and a polished, luxury-driven presentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel Front Office environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and guest-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
  • Professional appearance and impeccable conduct.
