About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress A in our All-Day Dining restaurant, you embody the essence of contemporary Mediterranean hospitality. You curate elevated yet effortless experiences from morning breakfast rituals to relaxed evening dining. Your role is to anticipate desires before they are expressed, engage with guests in a natural yet refined manner, and ensure seamless service that feels genuine—not scripted. You set the tone for the outlet, guide junior staff, and collaborate closely with the Bar, Culinary, and Host teams to deliver high premium hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead service flow for your station, ensuring precision, timing, and warm personal engagement.
- Recommend dishes and beverages with confidence, tailoring suggestions to guest preferences.
- Ensure a smooth breakfast experience—rapid-paced, detail-driven, and guest-centric.
- Support junior waiters and runners in maintaining service standards.
- Ensure tables are impeccably set, clean, and aligned with SOPs.
- Handle special requests, dietary needs, and guest preferences with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Bar, Kitchen, and Host team for coordinated service.
- Maintain accurate order entry through POS and ensure correct billing.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, discreetly, and with genuine care.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in luxury dining or 5-star resorts.
- Strong product knowledge (breakfast, cuisine, wines, beverages).
- Confident upselling and guest communication skills.
- Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Natural hospitality, emotional intelligence, and team leadership qualities.
