About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress B, you support the senior service team and ensure the restaurant's all-day service runs flawlessly. You maintain a refined, friendly presence while handling guest requests, preparing tables, delivering dishes, and ensuring every detail reflects our luxury-lifestyle identity.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist Waiter/Waitress A in delivering elevated service.
- Prepare and maintain table settings and service areas.
- Deliver dishes and beverages professionally and promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer warm, intuitive assistance.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and SOP consistency.
Requirements
- Experience in premium hospitality environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for service.
- Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
