Position Overview

The Night Auditor manages front desk operations during night shifts

and ensures accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of hotel revenue and financial transactions.

• Reconcile daily sales and cash transactions.

• Prepare financial reports for management review.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out during night hours.

• Welcome guests arriving late at night.

• Process late check-ins and facilitate early check-outs.

• Provide assistance with luggage as needed.

• Prepare daily financial reports and ensure all discrepancies are resolved.

• Generate reports on occupancy rates and revenue.

• Analyze financial trends and performance metrics.

• Communicate any financial irregularities to management.

• Provide excellent customer service to guests during night shifts.

• Address guest inquiries and issues promptly.

• Ensure guest safety and security throughout the night.

• Monitor hotel premises for any unusual activity.

• Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the hotel.

• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises.

• Ensure all security measures are in place and functioning.

• Respond to emergency situations as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel front office or auditing role preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
