Job Criteria & Responsibilities

• Fluent in Greek and English

• Operate power boats or safety boats to support various water sports activities, including sailing, windsurfing, and paddleboarding.

• Ensure the safety of water sports participants by closely monitoring their activities.

• Conduct water rescues and provide assistance in case of emergencies.

• Maintain watercraft and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

• Assist with beach setup and ensure equipment is readily available for guests.

• Provide excellent customer service and information about water sports activities.

• Qualifications & Experience Required

• Valid boating license and certification as a Power Boat / Safety Boat Driver from a recognized authority.

• CPR and First Aid certifications.

• Strong watercraft operation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
