As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented and experienced Cook A’ – Breakfast Shift to join our culinary team.

What you will do

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items (hot dishes, egg stations, bakery items, and buffet selections) following established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure high levels of quality, taste, and consistency in all food preparations.
Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of kitchen and food preparation areas.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Contribute ideas for improving breakfast menus and presentation.

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and team-spirited professional who performs well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality culinary results, who:

Has previous experience as a Cook A’, Breakfast Cook, or Line Cook.
Holds a culinary degree or relevant certification (considered an asset).
Has strong knowledge of cooking techniques, especially breakfast preparation.
Demonstrates high attention to detail and quality standards.
Is able to work efficiently under pressure.
Has strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Is available to work morning shifts.
