DANAOS TRAVEL GROUP, is currently seeking to recruit in Heraklion office an experienced person in the role of “Reservation Agent”.

Job description :

• Data entry and handling of all matters concerning reservations (hotels, transfers, other services)
• Handling of arrivals lists, rooming lists, pax lists, etc.
• Uploading of SPO, Stop Sales, hotel rates, descriptions, on various platforms

Required Qualifications / What we look for:

• Work experience in a related department will be highly appreciated.
• Good knowledge of the destination of Crete and the hotels / areas
• Fluency in English.
• Communication skills and team spirit
• Computer skills
• Organization skills
• Time and workload management efficiency and ability to respect deadlines.
