About the role
As a Housekeeping Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key pillar in maintaining the standards, rhythm, and daily excellence of our hotel operations. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, you will help ensure that every space reflects comfort, cleanliness, and care — the details that shape each guest’s experience.
Your role combines organization, leadership, and hands-on involvement. From supporting the team on the floor to ensuring procedures run smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll help transform daily routines into consistently high-quality service.

What you’ll do
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team
- Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion according to operational needs
- Monitor cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Conduct inspections and provide constructive feedback to maintain service standards
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Support inventory control of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services with professionalism
- Assist with administrative duties such as reports, schedules, and performance evaluations
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping, ideally in hospitality
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Demonstrates strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Is comfortable using housekeeping systems and MS Office
- Communicates clearly and effectively (English & Greek preferred)
- Can adapt to shift work, weekends, and holidays
