CSR & ESG MANAGER

As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented and experienced CSR / ESG Manager to join our team.

What you will do

• Develop, execute, manage and evaluate the Group’s holistic CSR & ESG strategy, implementing sustainability KPIs, policies, procedures and initiatives in 17 hotel properties across 9 destinations in Greece & Europe.
• Evaluate all CSR ad hoc requests (donations, sponsorships, partnerships).
• Compose the Group’s annual CSR Report.
• Manage the Group’s annual CSR budget.
• Foster lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, including public authorities and NGOs.
• Coordinate the audit processes of sustainability awards and certifications.
• Provide support to hotels and deliver CSR training to employees.
• Manage the CSR strategic communication plan and contribute to the implementation of marketing and corporate communication initiatives.

We are looking for a team spirited, adaptable professional, with strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, thinking outside the box, keen interest to develop new competencies, ability to work and deliver under pressure, who:

• Holds Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Sustainable Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
• Has 3+ years of experience in Sustainability and CSR; experience in the hospitality and tourism industry will be considered an asset.
• Has in-depth knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks, sustainability practices and principles, and reporting requirements.
• Has proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability & CSR projects and reporting.
• Displays strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
• Has excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Possesses strong creative thinking and excellent writing and verbal skills in English & Greek.
