The Laundry Manager is the person who ensures reliability, timing, and control behind every room and outlet.

We are looking for a professional who understands that consistency in laundry operations directly affects the overall hotel standard.

The Role

This is an operational leadership and control role.

Your responsibility is not to react to shortages, but to:

• organize workflow

• protect hygiene standards

• ensure timing and stock availability

• lead the laundry team with clarity

You will coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations (linen, uniforms, guest laundry)

• Organize workflow to ensure timely delivery and availability

• Supervise, train, and schedule laundry staff

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards

• Monitor linen inventory and stock levels

• Control quality of washed and pressed items

• Coordinate with Housekeeping to prevent shortages

• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs

• Support cost control and minimize waste

• Not suitable for disorganized or reactive management

• Not a role without accountability

Requirements

• Previous experience as Laundry Manager or Laundry Supervisor

• Background in hotel or large-scale laundry operations
