The Role
This is a leadership and operational control role.
Your responsibility is to:

ensure consistency in the guest experience
You will work closely with Service Management, F&B leadership, and the Kitchen team.
Responsibilities

Full oversight of daily restaurant operations

Organize shifts and assign responsibilities clearly

Ensure service standards are consistently applied
-
Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain timing and flow
-
Handle guest concerns with discretion and authority
-
Train, supervise, and evaluate service staff
-
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation
-
Support cost control and stock awareness
What This Role Is NOT
- Not reactive “firefighting” management
- Not suitable for avoiding accountability

Requirements

Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager

Background in hotel or structured restaurant environments

Strong team leadership and organizational skills

Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
