Junior Food & Beverage (F&B) Controller/ Analyst
About the role
As a Junior Food & Beverage (F&B) Controller, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial health of our food and beverage operations. You’ll help transform daily numbers into meaningful insights — ensuring stock accuracy, cost control, and reliable reporting that supports smart business decisions.
Working closely with the F&B, Purchasing, and Finance teams, you will monitor inventory flows, track consumption patterns, and maintain system accuracy. Your contribution will help ensure that every product, price, and process aligns with the company’s profitability goals.
Your role blends precision with analytical thinking — balancing data entry, cost monitoring, and operational collaboration to support efficient and cost-effective F&B performance.
Life Inside the Role
Behind every stock count, invoice entry, or cost report lies a dynamic operational environment. Some days follow a structured rhythm — inventory checks run smoothly, reports reconcile, and pricing updates are routine. Other days require flexibility — sudden stock variances appear, consumption patterns shift, or urgent audits arise.
Within this flow, you’ll be the one who brings organization, accuracy, and financial awareness ensuring that inventory data remains reliable and that cost control supports the overall business strategy.
What you’ll do
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks across bars, kitchens, and storage areas
- Monitor food and beverage costs, identifying discrepancies and unusual consumption trends
- Enter supplier invoices and update product pricing within the ERP system
- Ensure invoice pricing matches purchase orders and system records
- Support daily and monthly F&B reporting processes
- Verify revenue transactions and assist with POS audits
- Track internal consumption and ensure proper recording procedures
- Collaborate with F&B Managers to support efficient stock management and cost control
Your Uniqueness is Welcome
We believe strong F&B controllers aren’t defined only by numbers, but by attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset. If you enjoy working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting operational efficiency, you’ll thrive in this role.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, inventory control, or accounting
- Understands inventory systems and ERP software
- Possesses strong numerical and analytical skills
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and organization
- Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
- Communicates effectively and collaborates well with operational teams
- Can manage high-volume information with accuracy and consistency
Every detail matters in this role — because behind each number lies an opportunity to improve efficiency, control costs, and support smarter business decisions.
