Work For All is seeking a Bartender on behalf of a fine dining restaurant in Sifnos.

About the Beach Bar

Amphitheatrically positioned, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea on the enchanting Sifnos and just a short distance from Panagia Poulati, our restaurant offers a refined fine dining experience. It operates exclusively in the afternoon and evening, serving dinner only, with a carefully curated à la carte menu based on local and seasonal ingredients. It is part of a group of luxury 5* hotels in Sifnos, distinguished for their exceptional standards of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality service to guests at the bar, with attention to their personal preferences.
• Preparation of cocktails and the basic bar menu, in accordance with the beach bar’s quality and presentation standards.
• Ensuring a high-level guest experience through consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
• Monitoring, managing, and organizing stock and supplies to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Adhering to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in line with established procedures.
• Collaborating closely with the Service team and the Captain to ensure seamless operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant or a 5* hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
