Reservations Agent

Ready to turn bookings into experiences? At Moxy, we don’t just take reservations, we create first impressions. As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be the go-to contact for guests, delivering fast, friendly, and upbeat service while helping maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Guest Communication

• Handle reservations via phone, email, and online systems with speed and accuracy
• Share clear, engaging info about rooms, rates, and promotions
• Manage modifications, cancellations, and special requests smoothly
• Stay up to date on hotel offerings and local highlights

Revenue & Occupancy Support

• Spot upselling opportunities to enhance guest stays
• Monitor availability and booking patterns
• Track no-shows and process charges where needed

Providing Exceptional Customer Service

• Deliver a welcoming, confident, and efficient booking journey
• Respond to guest questions and concerns with positivity and solutions
• Promote loyalty program benefits

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

• Keep reservation records accurate and updated
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales & Revenue teams
• Assist with reports and forecasts

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Hospitality Customer Service preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organization & attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with reservation systems & Microsoft Office
• Positive energy and passion for hospitality
