Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to à la carte menu specifications and hotel standards.
- Ensure your station is clean, organized, and stocked for smooth service.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations meticulously.
- Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.
- Help manage ingredient preparation and inventory control.
- Work closely with the team to deliver timely and high-quality dishes.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an à la carte or similar kitchen environment preferred.
- Graduate of a Culinary School.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
- A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
