We seek a Restaurant Hostess to join our luxury hotel dining team. The ideal candidate will provide a warm, professional welcome to guests, manage reservations and seating efficiently, and ensure an exceptional first impression of the restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and polished demeanor
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently
• Coordinate closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with discretion
• Upsell reservations, special menus, promotions, and dining experiences
• Maintain a pristine reception and entrance area at all times
• Represent the luxury standards and brand image of the hotel

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role. A Marriott experience will be considered an advantage.
• Sales background with proven ability to upsell and promote services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident, friendly personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
