Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly and meet quality standards.
• Manage and prioritize reservations to optimize seating capacity.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Handle unexpected situations or emergencies with composure and efficiency.

 Requirements

• Hospitality school diploma
• Previous experience of 2 years in customer service and front-of-house operations is valuable.
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods or special events.
• Fluent in English.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating a positive dining experience.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other team members.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
