GENERAL MANAGER

Radisson Blu Resort, Mani, a newly built luxury 5-star resort, is seeking an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead the hotel through its opening and ongoing operations.

This role is suited to a leader who lives the Radisson Blu brand promise and champions the “Yes I Can!” service culture, delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and engaged teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction across all hotel departments.
• Foster a high-performance, guest-centric culture driven by the Yes I Can! service philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with all Radisson Hotel Group policies, operating standards, and local regulations.
• Lead the annual business plan, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes.
• Monitor financial performance, competitive positioning, and guest satisfaction metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison with ownership and corporate leadership.
• Support pre-opening and brand implementation activities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as General Manager in luxury hotels and/or international branded environments.
• Proven leadership, financial acumen, and guest experience focus.
• Excellent command of English (additional languages an asset).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Solid systems knowledge, including Opera/Micros/Softone
• Pre-opening experience is considered an advantage.
