As a Bar Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, innovative beverage concepts, and strong team leadership.

What you will do

You will be responsible for the overall management and success of the bar operations:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Design and implement creative cocktail menus and beverage programs
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Train, motivate, and lead the bar team to achieve excellence
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage stock levels effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within a high-end hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
