As a Barman / Barmaid, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, bringing energy, personality, and craftsmanship to every drink you serve. With each cocktail, conversation, and interaction, you help create moments of genuine hospitality that guests remember long after their stay.
This role blends technical skill with creativity and human connection — balancing quality, speed, and warm service in a vibrant bar environment.

Every shift has its own rhythm. Some moments flow seamlessly — orders align, the bar runs smoothly, and teamwork is effortless. Other times are more dynamic — lively conversations, diverse guests, and spontaneous interactions shape the atmosphere.
Within this rhythm, you are the one who sets the tone, keeps the bar organized, and ensures every guest feels welcome and relaxed.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and attentive approach
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
• Take and process orders accurately through the point-of-sale system
• Recommend cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages based on guest tastes and preferences
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Barman / Barmaid (preferred but not required)
• Possesses good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a positive, outgoing personality
• Is able to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality service
• Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Holds responsible alcohol service certification (preferred)
