Work For All is seeking an Operations Manager on behalf of luxury 4* hotel in Paros.

About the Hotel

Located in a prime area in Naoussa, Paros, a 4* boutique adults-only hotel with 16 rooms and suites, member of a growing hospitality group with a portfolio that includes two 5* luxury hotels, offers a refined and tranquil hospitality experience where authentic Cycladic aesthetics meet understated luxury. The hotel features elegantly designed spaces and rooms, created with a strong focus on comfort, high aesthetics, and a personalized guest experience. On-site, a restaurant & bar operates with an all-day à la carte menu, offering creative dishes inspired by local and seasonal ingredients, within a setting of casual elegance. Guests can enjoy moments of relaxation at the fresh water swimming pool overlooking the Aegean Sea, as well as wellness services at the spa. The hotel is exclusively for adults and couples, providing a serene and stylish environment that emphasizes effortless luxury, attentive service, and an authentic Cycladic stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring full compliance with all SOPs and internal policies across all departments, focusing on service quality and employee satisfaction.
• Overseeing daily hotel operations and all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B), ensuring effective coordination and high hospitality standards.
• Managing guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally, maintaining a guest-centric approach.
• Participating in recruitment, training, and staff performance evaluations to support team development.
• Promoting hotel services and partner offerings to achieve commercial and financial objectives.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
• Monitoring expenses, controlling inventory, and ensuring effective cost management.
• Planning, supervising, and managing staff schedules in line with operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (minimum of 2 years) in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
• Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a clear focus on guest satisfaction.
