HETCO TOURS is a well establish tour operator and travel agent, operating since 1967. A medium size company with distinct departments that operate in the fields of retail travel agency, air and ferry ticketing, business travel, and incoming tour operating. The company is IATA accredited and direct contractor with all major ferrry companies.

We are currently seaking a Ticketing and Administration agent for the department of ticketing and business travel, with administration responsibilities This is a full time permenant job position. The office location is in Ilisia (Hilton) area.

The responsibilities of the position are:

• Provide consultancy and services for corporate travelers, including ferry and air tickets, hotel bookings, car rental bookings, transfers and other travel related services
• Cooperate with our incoming department for our internal needs for ferry and air ticketing, as well as other administrative and back-office tasks 
• Provide consultancy and services for retail (walk-in) clients, including ferry tickets, air tickets and excursions
• Administrative responsibilities, looking after the office supplies.

Minimum necessary qualifications:

• Some degree from a tourism related institution OR 2-year experience in similar position
• Proficient in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (word, excell)
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong team working skills, and public relations skills
• Able to work under pressure
• High level of professionalism and customer service skills

Desired (but not required) qualifications:

• Prior experience in similar position
• Knowledge of Spanish language
• Knowledge of Panasoft back office system
• Knowlegde of Travelport-Galileo booking system
• Knowledge of Liknoss (Forthcrs) booking system
