Role Description
This is a full-time role for a DUTY MANAGER for one of our hotels in Athens. The Duty Manager will be responsible for the hotel’s daily operation in a timely and effective manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times. Acting as the senior operational leader on shift, you will represent the hotel’s standards, values, and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience of at least 5 years in a senior position in a high-volume establishment
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Tourism studies
- Excellent written and verbal Greek & English communication skills
- Experience in various capacities of F&B strongly preferred
- Able to work independently and make timely and effective decisions for the business scope
- Ability to solve problems, handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns in an efficient, calm, and genuine manner.
