Scope of the role

A key supporting member of the F&B team, contributing significantly to the smooth flow of service and the overall guest experience. Supporting the Waiter/ress A, the position ensures speed, cleanliness, and proper preparation of service areas and equipment. The position reports to the Hotel Manager and is operationally guided by the Waiter/ress A.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily service operations (à la carte breakfast, all-day menu, snacks), including the delivery of food and beverages and assistance with table setup and clearing.
• Preparing and replenishing tables and equipment, as well as monitoring essential consumables.
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized appearance of service areas, bar, and F&B storage spaces.
• Adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
• Good command of the English language.
• Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
