Work For All is seeking Waiter/ress A on behalf of luxury 5* hotel in Paros.

 

About the Hotel

Located approximately 2 kilometers from the Parasporos area in Paros, the hotel is a tranquil hospitality destination where traditional Cycladic architecture meets the serenity of nature. The property features 46 elegant rooms, designed with an emphasis on comfort, understated luxury, and an authentic guest experience. The hotel offers an à la carte restaurant serving Greek and Mediterranean cuisine from morning until night, while the all-day pool bar provides light meals and refreshments by the pool. A fully equipped spa is also available, offering guests moments of relaxation and well-being. Ideal for couples and adult guests, the hotel combines a peaceful atmosphere, effortless elegance, and personalized hospitality in a welcoming environment.

 

Scope of the role

A key supporting member of the F&B team, contributing significantly to the smooth flow of service and the overall guest experience. The position reports to the Maître.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily service operations (à la carte), taking and serving orders, transporting food and beverages, and assisting with table setup and cleaning, in accordance with hotel standards.
• Providing menu recommendations and answering guests’ questions regarding dishes.
• Preparing and replenishing tables and equipment, as well as monitoring essential consumables.
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized appearance of service areas, bar, and F&B storage spaces.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth guest service.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues or complaints.
• Complying with all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Excellent command of English.
• Knowledge of wine and food pairing is considered an additional asset.
• Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
