Work For All is seeking a Front Office Agent on behalf of luxury 5* hotel in Paros.

 

About the Hotel

Located approximately 2 kilometers from the Parasporos area in Paros, the hotel is a tranquil hospitality destination where traditional Cycladic architecture meets the serenity of nature. The property features 46 elegant rooms, designed with an emphasis on comfort, understated luxury, and an authentic guest experience. The hotel offers an à la carte restaurant serving Greek and Mediterranean cuisine from morning until night, while the all-day pool bar provides light meals and refreshments by the pool. A fully equipped spa is also available, offering guests moments of relaxation and well-being. Ideal for couples and adult guests, the hotel combines a peaceful atmosphere, effortless elegance, and personalized hospitality in a welcoming environment.

 

Scope of the role

Serving as the first point of contact for guests, this position is responsible for the smooth management of daily front office operations, ensuring a high level of service and a seamless guest experience throughout the stay. The role reports directly to the Rooms Division Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, and the features of each room category.
  • Managing guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
  • Handling guest requests and interactions with a high level of service.
  • Overseeing all cashiering functions effectively.
  • Management of reservations in the PMS, issuance of invoices and billing.
  • Responding to guest calls and emails professionally.
  • Resolving issues and collaborating with other hotel departments.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems. (preferably PYLON).
  • Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
