Job Overview:

We are seeking a Season 2026, experienced, and guest-focused F&B Outlets Supervisor to oversee operations at our Food & Beverage outlets. The role involves supervising service teams, ensuring high standards of service, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of F&B outlets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and organization of outlets.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Assist management with shift scheduling, reporting, and staff coordination.
• Support special events or promotional activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in F&B supervision, preferably in hotel or resort outlets.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset.
